The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not submit your enquiry to a website database or confirm that an email has been delivered. Your details remain in the current page while you prepare the draft. You decide whether to send the email to our team.
When you send us an email
If you send an enquiry, the information you choose to provide is received through our email service. It is used to respond to you and discuss the experience you are considering. Please send only the information needed for an initial conversation. Do not include passport copies, financial documents or medical records at this stage.
External services
The website uses hosted images and web fonts. Loading these resources can share technical information such as your IP address with the hosting or font service. Hosting providers may process technical access logs. Instagram and official provider links open external websites with their own privacy practices. No live Instagram account connection is used by the curated image section.

For questions about an enquiry, or to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent, contact jonny.dodge@gp-management.com. Any necessary sharing of personal details for a proposed experience should be discussed with you before it occurs. The responsible travel or flight provider may have separate privacy and onboarding requirements.
